Over half term, 12 members of the PGS CCF travelled to Norway for a Nordic Skiing Expedition.

The cadets had three days training and three days expedition, which included one night in a snowhole they dug themselves. The cadets were challenged both mentally and physically. The huge variety of weather, the landscapes, night stars, deep snow, snowholes, trekking through ‘Narnia’ and professional instructors are all memories which the cadets will no doubt remember for a long time.

Working as a team and building friendships was hugely beneficial when they were tested out of their comfort zones. Well done to all involved.

Do see the film below for more pictures of the trip.
